We rented Fifty5 for our 30th class reunion and it was perfect. The building has been remodeled beautifully while keeping many original details. Its elegant enough that you don't need many decorations - its gorgeous as is. The upstairs space was just being finished and is amazing... HIGHLY recommend this venue. Melanie and Donny were very helpful every step of the way.
We rented this hall for my mother’s memorial celebration and it was perfect! It was clean, modern and classy, but very comfortable and relaxing. The set up is awesome and very spacious. The round tables for guests were so much more personable for visiting than the typical long tables used. I had never planned an event like this. Melanie and Donny were very accommodating and answered any questions and concerns I had along the way. Thanks to both! I highly recommend!
We had my daughter's wedding reception here. It was just perfect! It's so beautiful that we barely decorated at all. Melanie was super easy to work with and very accommodating. If you are looking for a beautiful, quaint place to hold your event, this is it.
We had a bounce house party for my son who turned 5. We planned for a 3 hour party and seriously didn’t get enough time because the kids were having so much fun, not only with the bounce houses, but also with the amount of space they had to play other games. Price was great and the owner was very nice and super flexible when we had to reschedule our date when our son got the flu for his birthday.
We will be returning!!
The Grand LV was the first venue that we toured during our wedding planning and I immediately called and cancelled all other appointments. We were recently married on July 13 and this was the perfect venue for both our ceremony and reception. What sold us was the beautiful space (that bridal suite is every girl’s dream!), the freedom to bring in our own caterer and the ease of arranging for the linens. Melanie was prompt to answer questions we had or to allow us to come back in while we were planning. We are overjoyed with how our day turned out and have heard what a beautiful venue we had from our guests countless times!

My husband and I got married here 5/15/2021 and it was amazing. We hardly had to decorate because it is beautiful just on its own. Melanie was amazing and so helpful throughout the whole process. We were able to bring in our own food and drinks which was our toughest struggle when looking for a venue.
Fast forward to 4/2/2023 and we had our sons first birthday party here!! We had the bouncy houses which was a fan favorite. The prices are super reasonable and I would recommend this venue anywhere from a birthday party to a wedding. It is simply the perfect venue for it all.
